Cancer Prayer Support…
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month and we are making it a focus of prayer for those going through the stress and struggles of fighting cancer in every form.
Friday, October 20, 2017 our ladies will be hosting a special cancer awareness event with food, fellowship, and prayer at our Chapel.
Our pastor, Steve Durkac, who has served as a hospital chaplain at Providence Hospital, will present an introductory message with prayer and introduce a special cancer survivor speaker.
Names for Prayers…
Please allow us to pray for you, or to pray for your loved ones going through their cancer journey.
We are presently collecting names for prayers to display for our cancer prayer list at the Chapel. Please submit the name and the type of cancer they are fighting through the Cancer Prayer Support Group Contact Form below and we will place that on a special Cancer Prayer List.
Each Sunday morning before our worship we collectively write out our fellowship prayer list for intercessory prayer that day, and in October we will have a special Cancer Prayer List of the names and types of cancer for prayer, too.
Your name is held confidentially and will only be listed on our Cancer Prayer List at our West Mobile church location, and will not be listed online or on our website or social media.
You are welcomed to join us as we gather for prayer at CrossHope Chapel as the Cancer Prayer Support Group. This prayer support group is open to those outside our fellowship and through the contact form below you can be notified our next scheduled gathering.
The cancer prayer support group usually meets on a late weekday morning, and lasts an hour or so, a relaxed gathering with time to fellowship, time to laugh, time to share you own experiences, time to ask questions of other’s experiences, time to hear Bible promises that are meaningful for your cancer journey, and sometimes concluding with lunch.
CPSG Contact Form…
Please use this form to share your name and type of cancer that we can pray about on your behalf or to express your interest in joining with us at our Chapel for our next Cancer Prayer Support Group gathering.
