Baldwin County, Alabama

Pastor Steve is moving to Baldwin County in 2022 and we are praying about starting a simpler church Bible study gathering in Baldwin County. We are wanting to connect with those who may be interested in learning more or already interested in being part of a simpler, smaller, New Testament approach to informal fellowship, like we have at CrossHope Chapel in West Mobile Chapel.

If you sense God calling you to be part of a small gathering of just the essentials of authentic fellowship, simple worship, prayer support, verse-by-verse Bible study teaching with discussion, and “encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching” (Hebrews 10:25), please contact us.

    F.A.Q.

Ask Pastor Steve Durkac offers answers these questions below. If you have any questions, please ask!

Q: When are you starting?

A: I’m talking with a handful of Baldwin County residents now and trying to gauge what will be best to start meeting in a home or another location. We will likely start meeting once or twice a month before beginning regular weekly gatherings.

Q: Do you have a location established or selected in Baldwin County?

A: Not yet, but the objective is to find an affordable location to lease in the south central Baldwin County area, maybe near to Foley. I’m sure once we have an idea of where everyone resides who has an interest that will impact the location decisions.
