Disaster Relief…

Houston, Texas – As of August 27, 2017 our current disaster relief project is the Houston, Texas area which is home to one of our dear missionary and his family. Hurricane Harvey has caused mass flooding to the area.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana – A previous disaster relief project was the Louisiana flooding catastrophe of August 2016. We have a family in our fellowship with immediate family in the flood area and we have been ministering through them and Samaritan’s Purse, our primary go-to ministry for disaster relief missions.

We are praying for our Louisiana neighbors dealing with this flooding and helping as we can in the disaster relief efforts and here is how you join us:

walmart→ Send a Walmart eGift Card in any amount by going this this page, make your purchase, provide your own email address, then when you receive the “eGift Card” in your inbox, forward that email to steve@crosshopechapel.org and Pastor Steve will forward that to Calvary Christian Fellowship relief workers in Baton Rouge so they give a print-out eGift Card to flood victims in need. You can send the eGift Card direct to a friend or family in the area. If you prefer to send direct to the relief workers in Baton Rouge, that fine, too. The eGift cards can be purchased in amounts of $5 to $200 and there are Walmart’s open in the area.

We will be delivering some supplies, over the course of the next few weeks and months, in conjunction with Calvary Chapel Fairhope to Calvary Christian Fellowship 3535 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd. #160 Baton Rouge, LA 70816 and the Calvary Chapel Disaster Relief Team working in the area. Please watch our Facebook page or subscribe to our emails or simply contact us for any information.
